Terms & Conditions
Summary of special terms and conditions:
1. Service provided includes standard & national voice calls to any mobile or landline, standard SMS and SMS alerts, MMS and Voicemail, 123 and 1223 directory assistance numbers, etc.; subject to E.Tel’s full terms, conditions and relevant amendments. Other conditions apply to GPRS, IDD and International Roaming etc. All prices listed are GST inclusive and are subject to change.
2. You prepay $30 and receive $400 call credit plus 500MB free internet data to use over 30 days.
3. Your capped credit includes all standard national, 13, 1300, 1800, 123, 1223 number calls, international calls, national and international SMS, standard and video MMS, voicemail; but does not include international roaming, premium numbers, competitions, voting, premium SMS, GPRS, etc. For the excluded items, the charges will be 10 times the standard rate.
4. We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service to you if international calls exceed 75% of your total call credit.
5. You can carry over your unused call credit if you recharge within 30 days, however unused data from your previous recharge will automatically expire.
6. Any credit purchased is not refundable or transferable after activation.

8. If your account payment is not via credit card or saving account auto-recharge, a minimum $50 call credit must remain in your account at any time.
9. E.Tel will notify you via SMS to recharge when your credit expires or upon reaching your credit limit.
10. We will make our every endeavour to retreive your call data from our network provider for your reference. Due to the nature of this prepay billing account, there may be more than 2 days delay in retrieving call data from our network provider.
11. It is your responsibility to monitor your call usage and work out your latest credit balance yourself. You are responsible to pay for all usage of your account, including delayed transaction items.
12. Your account will be suspended if you have not recharged before your credit expires. 13. Your account will be terminated if you leave your account suspended for 30 days.
14. A new number acquired from us cannot be ported out to any other service provider within the first 6 months.
15. E.Tel reserves the right to deny service to those with suspicious or unreliable credit histories.
16. We reserve the right to block or cancel any premium text service on the customer’s behalf if the customer have not contacted us previously and explicitly stated that the customer would like this service.
17. A replacement fee of $25 applies when requesting a new SIM card under all circumstances.
18. We may send you free news and notifications via SMS from time to time. If you would not like to receive these messages please contact us.
