Is there a contract?

No, cancel at anytime and your plan will cease at the end of the current period.

Can I use my own number?

Yes, it's very easy to bring your number, simply provide your account details from your current service provider when you activate your SIM. Note: Porting your number typically takes between 4 - 6 business hours, subject to accurate porting information provided and no provisioning outage on the network.


How much Data do I get?

If you are on the Mini $5.99 Plan, and restricted your use solely to data, you will be able to use 599MB

How long does it take to receive my SIM?

We send your sim card via Australia Post on the day or the next working day of your order. According to Australia Post, it normally takes 2-7 working days depending on your area. Express Post can be arranged upon request for an extra charge of $5.95

Can I make international calls?

Yes, you can call internationally from only $0.10/min (+ 25c flagfall), please see here for full rates.

What's the billing cycle and charge?

If you are on the Mini $5.99 Plan, Our Billing Cycle is from the first day to the last day of each month. The Monthly Plan fee is charged in advance. Your first monthly fee and all your service inclusions are adjusted on a pro-rated basis (proportionally) depending on the remaining days of your service start month.(e.g. If you join on the 26th of August, your first month's charge, data allowance and allowance for included services is multiplied by 6/31 (6 = remaining days in August, 31 = total days in August).

If you are on the PAYG 50 Plan, calls and services you use are pay as you go and deducted from your $50 Included Value. Your Included Value does not expire and your current service period will only end when you run out.

What happens when I run out Included Value?

If you are on the Mini $5.99 Plan, any excess usage will be billed at the end of the current month.


If you are on the PAYG 50 Plan, your included value does not expire. Your plan will auto-renew via your nominated direct debit account when the remaining included value balance becomes less than $10. A SMS will be sent prior the charges. If direct debit has not been setup on your account, we will make our every endeavour to notify you to renew via SMS when your remaining included-value balance is approaching the minimum of $10. Any excess usage will be brought forward to the renewed payment period.
