Is there a contract?
There is no contract, cancel anytime and your plan will cease when you run out of included value.
Can I use my own number?
Yes, you can bring your number across by providing your account details from your current service provider when you activate your SIM. Note: Porting your number takes approximately 5-10 business days.
Do I always get extra value when renewing on $30 and $50?
Yes, the extra credit is part of the plan. You will always get $10 extra Included Value when renewing $30 and $25 extra Included Value when renewing $50.
How long does it take to receive my SIM?
We send your sim card via Australia Post on the day or the next working day of your order. According to Australia Post, it normally takes 2-7 working days depending on your area. Express Post can be arranged upon request for an extra charge of $5.95
How does auto renewal work?
When your included value becomes less than $5, your plan will automatically renew. (e.g. if you are on the $50 plan, you will be charged $50 and your included value will be renewed to $75.
Can I make international calls?
Yes, you can call internationally from only $0.10/min (+ 25c flagfall), please see here for full rates.
What's the billing cycle and charge?
There is no expiry date, your service will last as long as there is any included value remaining in your service period.
How does the minimum spend work?
At the end of each month, if you have not used at least $5 worth of usage, the difference will be deducted from your available included value.
