Billing Schedule

• Your bill will be issued mid-month (e.g., on the 10th).

• Payment is due by the 26th of the same month, giving you time to review your bill.

• Unlike 28-day billing cycles, which result in 13 bills per year, our billing is monthly—so you’re only charged 12 times a year.

Billing Cycle for Monthly Plans​

• Monthly plan fees are charged in advance.

• If your service starts partway through a month, your first bill will include pro-rated charges for the remaining days of your start month.
