How We Handle Complaints

The contact methods listed above can be used to make a complaint, follow up on an existing complaint, report a service outage, or make an enquiry about a network outage.

Once we receive your complaint, we'll work with you to understand the issue and find a resolution. Wherever possible, we aim to resolve complaints during the first point of contact. If further investigation is required, we'll provide a complaint reference number, keep you informed of our progress, and let you know when you can expect an outcome.

Urgent complaints, including those relating to financial hardship, priority assistance, or potential service disconnection, will be prioritised and handled as quickly as possible.

Accessibility Assistance

If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech impairment, you can contact us through the National Relay Service (NRS):

Need further assistance?

We always aim to resolve complaints directly and fairly. However, if you're unhappy with our response or how your complaint has been handled, you may contact the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman for independent assistance.
