Billing Period Bill Issue Date: 10th October Due Date: 26th October Your billing period starts from the 1st to the last day of each month , and your monthly plan fees are charged in advance . If your service starts partway through a month, your first bill will include pro-rated charges for the remaining days of your start month. 2. Account Information Include the billing name and address of account holder. 3. Last Bill Last Bill Balance: The balance carried forward from your previous bill. Payments & Credits: Any payments made or credits applied (e.g., upfront payments or promotional bonuses). Balance: The total balance after payments and credits. 4. This Bill This section provides a detailed breakdown of the charges for your first bill: Monthly Charge for October (see point A): This is the standard monthly fee for October ($23.90). It was paid upfront during sign-up and is applied as a credit in the "Last Bill" section. Monthly Charge for November (see point B): The monthly fee for November ($23.90) is billed in advance , as Monthly Plan fees are always charged ahead for the upcoming month. Pro-rated Charges (see point C): These cover the remaining days of the previous month (16th to 30th September) when your service was active before October. In this example, the charges include $10.00 for service usage and $11.95 for the partial monthly plan fee. Additional Charges: Card Payment Processing Fee (2%): A small fee for processing card payments, shown as $0.48 in this example. 5. How to Pay Your Bill If you haven’t set up direct debit, refer to the following payment methods: Auto Direct Debit: Set this up for automatic payments to ensure timely payment. BPAY: Use the BPAY details listed on your invoice for payment through your bank. Bank Transfer: Manually transfer funds using the bank details provided on your bill. Online Payment: Log in to your E.Tel account to pay securely online. Please make sure to pay your bill by the due date (26th October) to avoid any late fees.
